Sam Van Holsbeeck

I hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and am currently a Research Fellow at the Forest Research Institute, University of the Sunshine Coast. My academic training and professional experience span forestry, vegetation–fuel dynamics, bushfire risk, and applied pest, weed and disease management. I work closely with industry, government and research organisations to translate science into practical land-management and risk-reduction outcomes.
