Nadiia Kopiika has a strong interest in infrastructure assessment and reconstruction and was involved in the activities of the initiative www.bridgeUkraine.org by providing insights into damaged bridges and other road infrastructure in Ukraine.
For instance, promising fields of joint research include the use of digital image correlation techniques for the assessment of stress-strain and condition state of damaged bridges.
