Monika Szpunar

Monika's research is focused on improving the physical activity levels of young children. Working in the Child Health and Physical Activity Lab at Western University, some of Monika's projects include exploring how a childcare physical activity and sedentary behaviour policy can promote healthy movement behaviours for children enrolled in childcare, and what parents and children think about returning to play and sport during and following the COVID-19 pandemic.
