- Researcher, Utrecht University
In 2014, I completed my research master in Sociology and my academic master in Political Science (both cum laude) at Radboud University Nijmegen. Between 2014 and 2018, I wrote my PhD thesis at Utrecht University, Department of Sociology as member of ICS graduate school. The thesis 'Turning grey into gold. Employer-employee interplay in an ageing workforce' concerns the role of personnel policies in prolonging working life. Between 2018-2022, I worked as postdoctoral researcher at Utrecht University to study the influence of technology on the workplace. Since 2022, I work at the Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute / University of Groningen as researcher on the retirement of migrants.
