- Postdoctoral research associate, UNSW Canberra School of Business, UNSW
I am a social scientist with over a decade of experience in research, teaching, and applied social science. My work focuses on some of the most pressing social issues of our time, from gender inequality in the workplace to the affective realities of raising a family, and how these experiences intersect with broader social structures. With a PhD in Sociology, I have developed a particular expertise in gender, leadership studies, and public policy.
My research spans topics such as the future of work, motherhood, young people, disability, co-design, and the ways popular culture shapes and reflects societal change.
I am deeply committed to uncovering how gendered inequalities affect education, work, care, and everyday life, and how these insights can contribute to more equitable futures. Alongside my research work, I’ve had the privilege of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in gender studies and public policy, where I aim to inspire critical thinking and social engagement.
Whether it’s through exploring the intersection of pop culture with social issues or examining the lived realities of gender and work, I’m passionate about connecting research to practice, fostering dialogue, and contributing to meaningful change.
