As a person who’s been playing the game for a few weeks, reaching level 600+, I can say I am highly disappointed. One day I just opened the game and all of my progress was gone. GONE. Nobody from the support team answered my complaint. I’ve been trying to reach them for a week or so. Also, the update process from when you open the game is going BACKWARDS: now it’s 25%, after a few minutes it’s 10% then 0% (I can guarantee that my internet connection is top tier). It’s such a shame, because I really liked the game and I had been playing it for the storyline.
