Game is broken now - HELP PLEASE, DEVS!

Update: Thank you to the developer for the quick response. Cannot wait to play again.Hi. So I write this review in hopes that maybe the devs or publisher of the game will seeit, as I cannot report a problem on their website. They say to go in the Setting menu to report an issue, but the menu does not appear to me.. So I play on iOS platform. Yes, it meets the requirements, yes, I updated the software and the game itself and, yes, I reinstalled the game. Since the end of the event with the theater like decorations, I get a portion of dialog, which I tried to skip, but it's not skipping anything. The chatacters are just idle all time.. It's not frozen, it just doesn't skip anything and nothing else from the menu or Play button appears. So I cannot play anymore.. I tried not to skip it, but it does the same thing. I beg you, please try to solve this. Not sure if I am the only one with the problem, but maybe it helps if someone sees this review. Thanks.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this game, I gave it 5 stars and I play it a lot, BUT, I can’t pretend I didn’t noticed so many esoteric stuff and objects in the game, specially in the clock/tower scene, that one freaks me out. Runes, tarot cards, number 13, devil skull, some weird symbols and many other stuff that makes me feel uncomfortable when I play on some scenes. I think is really weird for a game.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this game, I gave it 5 stars and I play it a lot, BUT, I can’t pretend I didn’t noticed so many esoteric stuff and objects in the game, specially in the clock/tower scene, that one freaks me out. Runes, tarot cards, number 13, devil skull, some weird symbols and many other stuff that makes me feel uncomfortable when I play on some scenes. I think is really weird for a game.

The Game is very nice I enjoyed the first levels but after some time they become way to difficult to pass... I love this type of game and am pretty good at them but this one is incredible ... for example 20 seconds to find one item out of three is driving me crazy as I can barely find the object. Either it is to less time or we should all wear glasses or use a magnifying glass. I should try playing on my TV screen as some items are so f**** small not even with max zoom I cannot see them. -10 for this. Impossible to pass level, makes all the pleasure of playing the game to disappear. Sorry, but you should consider that not only practice, as you told someone in another review, makes you better at it, it is the fact that our eyes are struggling to see those tiny objects. I would suggest to make it more accessible otherwise nobody will ever get that far in this game and will quit too soon.

The Game is very nice I enjoyed the first levels but after some time they become way to difficult to pass... This game was amazing before the update! I was obsessed with playing it. Now I feel disappointed. There a few ups I like on this new version, such as the fact that you gain your energy back when you win a level, so you get to play more and the fact you earn more coins.I am not happy at all with this new matching levels! I hate matching games. If I wanted to play a matching game, there are hundreds on the App store. Moreover, I feel like the levels are now too easy, even the Hard and Super Hard ones. They are not so challenging anymore. Before this update, I would have given this game 5+ stars, but now, I feel like it has been ruined…
