After long gap I have seen a very useful good application. I think I found no ads. The UI is very very very good and top notch. No Glitches and app crashes. A very very very good app. The UI UX is very good and iphone users can really enjoy this well developed and well featured application which is very optimised. The features in this app and wide range range of selections and many useful are there in this app. I couldn’t resist to praise this app not because of any ONE PARTICULAR THING/FEATURE but almost every feature is very useful. I think there is nothing at all to complain in this app and also even nothing to improve I think so. It’s top notch and I am loving it so so much. AN APP WITH PURPOSE AND JUSTIFYING IT 100%🫡. As a software Developer HATTS OFF to the hard work of the DEVELOPERS🫡. You guys really done a great job which 95% are unable to achieve. THE APP DOESNT DISTACT YOU AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE MINUTE OF YOU TIME IS WASTED. Hi guys, I am not sure, if it is a bug in the app or an intentional algorithm to steal some extra bucks from people using this app for train booking. Let me try to explain this. Day before yesterday I was trying to book a tatkal ticket through this app, once the payment was made, it pushed me to IRCTC site for login, I was trying to login but due to some issue the login was delayed and a message pop up that as you didn’t logged into IRCTC account, the ticket is not generated and refund of amount paid is initiated successfully. Believe me or not but I clearly read this message and it having faith in app didn’t took screenshot. Since I needed to travel so retried booking and got it done successfully. Thanks to this excellent, smart,intelligent App, after 1/2 an hr I noticed that actually I have got two confirmed tickets on my name in same train on sane day on sane route but in different coaches and there was no refund. No cancellations as it’s tatkal and 100% non refundable, no option to contact customer care for such issue… simply I lost 1200/-₹ to this .. so developer, may I request you to look into this, if not an intentional path created by you guys. Thanks

Before booking, you already know how much amount you’ll get back in case of cancellation, which adds a lot of transparency.Another great thing is the way they explain different waitlist types like RLWL, PQWL, TQWL, and GNWL.
