Your zones, remembered. One tap starts the session you rode yesterday — and the watch now says the zone out loud, in your language.
Zone Vibrate guards your training zone so you don't have to keep looking at your wrist.
Choose the zones you mean to stay in. The moment your heart rate drifts out of them, your watch buzzes and tells you, out loud, which zone you have moved into. Nothing to read, nothing to tap — keep your eyes on the road.
ONE TAP TO START
It remembers the zones you trained in last time. Come back tomorrow, and a single tap starts the same session — no re-selecting arcs before every ride.
BUILT FOR LONG DAYS
Designed around long-distance cycling — the 200K and 300K randonnées where you are out for hours and raising your wrist gets old:
• A rotated face you can read with your arm still on the bars. Turn it to whatever angle your wrist sits at, with the Digital Crown or a fingertip.
• Heart rate, speed, distance, time and energy on one uncluttered screen.
• Start and stop without leaving the face you are reading.
• Spoken zone announcements in your own language, and never so often that they nag.
THE WEATHER WHERE YOU ARE
• A wind compass: a marker on the side the wind is coming from, with speed and gusts on the dial beside it.
• Rain chance and expected rainfall for the hour ahead.
• Today's temperature range, and the UV index.
ON YOUR IPHONE
• Every zone in beats per minute, worked out from your own resting and maximum heart rate — warm-up band included.
• The same weather dial, on a bigger screen.
• A short tour of what the watch app does, whenever you want it.
Your heart rate is read from Apple Health and stays on your own devices.

Your rides, on Strava
- Every workout now has a Share button that sends the ride to Strava as a file. Pick Strava in the share sheet, or save it and upload it at strava.com/upload — either way it needs no account setup at all.
- Heart rate and calories travel with the track, so an indoor session arrives as the training it actually was rather than an empty line.
- Each ride is named after the zones you trained — "Zone 3-4 ride" — instead of the hour of the day.
A face that reads at a glance
- The ring around the dial is now a speed gauge. Tap it to read pace instead.
- Distance has its own sub-dial, alongside a compass and the wind — how hard it blows, and where from.
- The corner badges turn with the dial, so they stay upright however far the face is rotated.
- Start and stop is a proper circular button in the bottom corner now, with the ride time in the corner opposite.
Where the ride went
- The workout summary draws your route on a map.
Elsewhere
- The weather page has been rebuilt.
- A workout stays running until you stop it.
