Added: • The workout tab is now your week. Open any upcoming day to schedule a workout or program, repeat it on your training days, or tap out a rhythm like two on one off. Training day reminders are gone; your schedule replaces them. • Workouts no longer need a program. Create standalone workouts in your own library, give them cover images, and share them like programs. • A small explore library with ready-made one-off workouts: quick abs, mobility, HIIT, full-body dumbbell, and more. • Choose up to three tracking fields for each exercise, including any combination of weight, reps, distance, and time. • Timed exercises now start with a play button and run in a labeled bottom bar that counts down from a target or up from zero. After completion and rest, the next timed set starts automatically. • Progressions have been completely rebuilt. Describe what you want and let AI build it, edit the rules in plain language, save your own reusable progressions, and test them across future sessions before using them in a workout. • Create your own themes from six colors, duplicate and edit them, and choose separate themes for light and dark appearance. • Favorite exercises and quickly filter the library by favorites, training history, custom exercises, muscle, equipment, or the equipment available at your gym. Improved: • Add multiple photos when you finish a workout. They show as a carousel on the post, and each one is its own share card. Workouts can have a cover image for your library, kept separate from the photos you take during a session. • Plate-loaded machines like the leg press and hack squat now load plates on both sides. You can switch any machine to one-side loading in your gym’s equipment settings. • Program pages open with a compact header showing the program icon, author, and key stats at a glance. • Quick log now uses the native iPhone and Android confirmation action when adding parsed exercises. • Describing or changing a progression with AI now happens in an input right on the progression screen. • Hold and drag to reorder your saved progressions and gyms. • Choose whether finishing a workout updates, replaces, or leaves the workout it came from unchanged by default. You can still override the action before saving. • The app now follows native iPhone and Android patterns throughout, with rebuilt navigation, headers, tabs, sheets, menus, confirmations, pickers, and date and time controls. • Rest timers and workout reminders have been redesigned with persistent controls and simpler duration and sound settings. • Exercise insights are easier to explore, with charts, personal records, strength level, history, leaderboards, and muscle distribution presented in focused screens. • Suggested weights, warm-up sets and progressions round to real plates and machine steps even before you set up a gym, using a standard commercial loadout. Set up your own gym to make them match your equipment exactly. • Comments are their own screen, headed by a stripped-back version of the post so the thread has room. Fixed: • The progression test run now shows the same gym-rounded weights as a real workout, so its outcomes match what actually happens in a session. • Gym equipment settings now open with working back navigation. • Opening a dashboard widget no longer replaces the Home feed. • The lock screen now shows the same target as the set in front of you. It was reading previous values from the wrong workout and skipping gym rounding. • Opening the RPE or plate panel no longer leaves the field you are typing in hidden behind the keyboard. • Forms like Edit profile, New gym and Log workout no longer jump when you tap a field, so the input can no longer end up hidden behind the header.
