Pick any protocol — 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or extended 24h / 48h / 72h fasts and a custom length up to 7 days — and mark it as water, juice, bone broth, or intermittent. A Live Activity keeps your elapsed time and current stage on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, with stage and goal notifications as you cross each milestone. Forgot to start it? Edit the start time and everything recalculates. Every finished fast is saved to a full history with edit and delete, plus charts for streaks, total hours, average length, completion rate, and a protocol/type breakdown. New Fasting widget + a redesign of every widget. There's a brand-new Fasting Timer widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen with a live count-up timer, progress toward your goal, and your current metabolic stage. The lab reminder screens got a calmer, cleaner redesign — a live countdown to your next panel, one-tap scheduling, and quick booking with your lab provider. Reliability & performance. Calendar-based meal and exercise plans. Plans now anchor every item to a specific calendar date instead of recurring every week. Snap a meal on Tuesday and it stays on Tuesday — it doesn't reappear next Tuesday. The Calendar tab now also shows your meals and workouts for any day you tap. Save Vial fix. Resolves a bug where saving a blend vial (KLOW stacks, multi-peptide protocols) failed silently with a generic SwiftData error. Blends now save reliably end-to-end. Polish. Day picker in the Meal Plan now shows the actual calendar date alongside the weekday name (no more guessing which Sunday "Sunday" means). Better diagnostic messages when a save fails.

What's new in 8.5: Nasal spray protocols (Pro). The dose calculator now starts with "How are you taking it?" — pick Vial or Nasal Spray. Pick Nasal Spray and the whole wizard adapts: bottle size, spray volume per actuation, sprays per dose. The result tells you exactly how many sprays per dose, how many doses your bottle holds, and concentration per spray. Save it, track it, get reminders for it — same flow as injection vials, but right for PT-141, Selank, Semax, oxytocin, and other intranasal peptides. Pro-tier vial integrity fix. Previously, free-tier users with multiple vials could swap which one was "active" indefinitely and bypass the single-vial limit. v8.5 closes this loophole: locked vials and supplements now route directly to the upgrade screen. Existing free-tier users keep their original active vial untouched. Smarter dose wizard. Each step now reads correctly per delivery method — "Save Nasal Spray" not "Save Vial," "Cycle doses" not "Total shots," "Bottles for Cycle" not "Vials for Cycle." The Protocol share card branches the same way. Stale meal reminder fix.
