Until today I was loving this game. I stopped playing to get lunch and when I came back to it I found I was Level 1 when earlier today I was level 21. If this can’t be corrected I will not be playing it again. All those months getting to level 21 and now thrown back to level 1 it’s just not right! Please sort this out for me.And it’s now another day with another problem. I went on the game to see if it had reversed to the great game I had been playing. No such luck. Then it said update but when I tried (as with another game at the moment) it just said the game was open and now I can do nothing at all. Do all your players have these problems or is it just me? Please don’t say it’s what I’m playing on as there have been no problems until now.

Got to Level 22, I can’t go on…

Well, I’ve reached level 22. I’m afraid I’m going to call it a day now because it’s going to take me the rest of my life to get to level 23. I’ve tried to keep my spirits and interest up but, you know what? I’m going to uninstall it right now. I’ve just updated it for raccoon season, not opened it yet and I’ve just made a snap decision as I write this. I’ve just hit the wall as they say. What a great shame. No ads, no interruptions whatsoever, sadly I now have no interest either, my passion just fell to the ground as a natural conclusion. Got so many areas building up that I cannot access because the achievements are so difficult and long winded. The areas are earned but because I need the top graded building to clear that particular area, it’s just lying there still covered over in uncleared undergrowth. I’m not going to waste another moment on it. Well done though, lovely game, lovely escapism, lovely everything but there comes a time when you realise you’re banging your head against a brick wall.

Latest update is terrible

I've enjoyed this game over the last year, spending money and playing every day. But the latest update in April 26 is terrible. The graphics have become ugly with weird dark outlines; the use bars of objects have become large and the orange use-level is distracting, same with the large writing and symbols such as shovels; when tapping an item to merge it lights up all other items of the same type which is very confusing and visually distracting; objects don't open any longer with one tap, instead there is an info opening up and then one has to tap again to open - why make gameplay harder; the circle around ingredients for produce does not show any longer when there isn't enough left; and the very large, red, bouncing exclamation marks above the dwellings are so incredibly distracting that the game has become unplayable. I don't understand why a developer would make a well-loved game worse.

I love this game and I have played a lot of them, but no game is as hard to open up as this one, you only get 800 for the top bottle and some of the squares are costing 64,000 most are 18,000 and above this is over the top it’s putting me of, and the one plant you use the most of you get the least of same with one you have to mine for it’s crazy, I have never spent so much in thE side games as I have on this game but with a lot more money going out now I just don’t think I can afford to play it any longer which is a real shame
