The Spell Lock Rune stops the opponent from casting spells for a short duration, breaking spell flow and disrupting timed attacks.
Unique Tier 6 effect: After the spell lock ends, the opponent's spell with the lowest cooldown in the loadout is restarted with extended cooldown
