Have an issue where it says you have enough mastery points let’s check it out, but can’t click or move screen preventing me from doing anything , please help as can’t log issues through game either

Even after writing review and asking for contact. I’ve got to the stage where it is impossible to progress any further because the only players you get are bots they stand in death circles and run towards danger. I’ve personally spent quite a bit of money on this game a couple of hundred roughly.. it is impossible to progress at higher end levels when you try upgrading gear you have to spend diamonds. The reroll count is terrible for the gear you are aiming for. As bad as this sounds it’s a really good game. But do not spend any money on it and do not expect to be able to progress. Further.. can’t add another review anymore, just wanted to respond to your reply to this. Again, once again. Amazing game, but as a player that is on it daily completing daily and weekly challenges and working hard to progress further. I have placed first in one tournament without receiving any gold item and topping the leaderboard on numerous events, whilst having difficulty trying to compete with other others. That are nearly 3000 behind me in points then all of a sudden bypass me by at least 1000 each time is a bit suspicious. If you are willing to offer me some kind of option to help you guys progress possibly stream actual gameplay rather than videos that I have of bots running backwards and forwards into danger. I would like to be a part of this and make this game bigger than what it is to show the potential it can be.. I highly recommend a guild content.

The gameplay is smooth and pleasant but the game needs optimising here and there. For example there’s ton of items dropping but merging cost a lot of resources. Or the events are hooked to money transactions as can’t be completed without purchasing stupidly expensive pack’s which gives little anyway.Make it cheaper and more attractive and maybe you will see players getting hooked on it.. as for now the clans are empty and dead..Need more reason to play like more game modes. Can be a top game just need fixing quick or it will get forgotten soon..

Every level I got pop ups with Adds to buy stuff. I do understand devs need money but common £99, £50 packs??? I haven’t played games for ages and I’m so surprised with prices on such a bits and bobs. This is mostly single player game , make few ££ per packs to feel progress and people might start buying things. AAA games are cheaper. Game it self is okay to spend an 40-60 min a day but progress goes down and game become boring, I spend few ££ but no progress but spend £100s on this cartoon I don’t feel any inspiration for a single player game.So if you read this stranger, don’t play this game if you don’t want to spend £100 per month on this game.
