I have been playing this game for a few months now and it is truly amazing. The gameplay is nice and simple and the story and characters are so, so engaging. I am constantly on the edge of my seat as the story unfolds. You can tell a lot of love has gone into making this game.My only criticism is the timed side cases. It has been said many times now but SO much energy is required to get anywhere in these. Most people just do not have the time to finish these. It’s a real shame as these side cases are so interesting. I wondered if there could be a way of ‘archiving’ these cases after the event officially ends? That way we could at least finish the story. Perhaps replace the collectibles with boosters, still require us to use energy but not have the event timer, change the overall event prizes to be coins/boosters instead of the event exclusive ones etc.

Why oh why oh WHY do you game developers insist on creating such amazing games only to have us poor players hit a level that is practically impossible to complete? In this case I am on level 50, a super hard level, with only around nineteen moves. And to say it is impossible is an understatement! The amount of things I need to get is way too high, especially as the lights need two hits to remove, and the boxes need in some cases three hits. And with so few moves this is pretty much impossible without throwing real money at the game, something I cannot and will not do - ever. Add to that there are lives to consider as well, adding another level of impossible too. Sadly unless I have a miracle and beat this wretched level, and much as I love this game which I do a lot, I probably will be deleting it as you developers do not think about your players one iota. Yet again another truly brilliant game, one of the best I’ve played in a long long time ruined by its developers creating impossible levels. Nice one guys - not!Well, yet another five lives wasted trying to beat this impossible game, so great game as this is it’s now deleted. Thanks useless developers. Why not give us a game we can play instead of delete because of impossible levels you say are beatable.

I am on level 2,809 and have played many match 3 games and this is, or was probably the most engaging story and characters with unusual game elements but as ever the inflation is a issue - at the start progress can be made with one or two levels won but then it gets to four or five levels and you get to lay a rug that gives no advance to the story at all. Then the sheer number of super hard levels increases and it feels like every other lever, progress slows still further and I am just not willing to pay for extra moves every couple of levels. As many others I sure I would have been willing to pay a reasonable amount to buy this game but not to continually pay out level by level. Unless progress improves soon it will just not be worth the effort and will just not be played as has happened with other games of the same type. Why not give us say 1000 achievable levels and a complete story for a fixed price - if it was good enough people would buy the next 1000 levels and story but this endless slowdown is just a pain.
