I bought the latest IGP sport bsc300. Great product, value for money gps. And here begins the issue. App is pathetic. With a network having 260Mbps Internet speed, IGP app declared that the network is too slow. Cannot transfer the data to my phone. And cannot share it, cannot analyse it. I used Komoot to plot a map and connected it to the igs app and that it was able to send to the device. That is good. So a basic or a decent bike computer has two basic functions: map and stats. Now retrieving the data is a challenge. Don’t know if I need to send the device back. This app finesse is where Garmin and wahoo beat igp. Their integration is seamless. I wish IGP sorts out this issue. If time is spent on improving the app, then I believe that the best VFM bike computer is in our hands.

Hi,Just purchased my iGPSPORT BSC300.I cannot upload new cycle routes to my device.I select a route from your web page using the map, however, the map won’t save!Please help me rectify this problem, without downloading maps the device is of no value!

Can you at least block out all options using UK A-roads and Motorways? If you don’t - someone will die using your App.If you do - this will fix the biggest problem and will allow users to enjoy good navigation.
