As a fan of GOT and digital slots this game is brilliant. The scenery, which a fan of GOT will instantly recognise, is amazing. The variety of games is great, even if it does seem like it’s set against you sometimes, and even though there are packs of coins thst you can buy, it is possible to play well without spending a single penny! Daily quests, dragon challenges and control the keeps can keep you busy and give you rewards to play for. The only thing that lets it down is customer service who seem to just fob you off if you have an issue and can be quite short with you in their reply emails, specially if it involves a loss of coins or a game not paying out ( very very rare occurrence)All in all if you play daily, join a team, and block out the moaners ( every game has them) you will enjoy the game, from the artwork to the challenges it fun and slightly addictive ( in a fun way’

Would be a better game if it didn’t over control the payouts to get the weak minded to pay real money for credits. Unfortunately just a game to prey on people to get them to spend money on the hope they may win some.. but they never will. Overall the game always takes, and after a while will simply switch off payouts and bonuses until all your credits you have built up have gone. Purely designed to make money for zynga and not actually provide an enjoyable playing experience. With this game you will only ever lose , and losing is not fun. For example. Over about 2 months I built up over 5 billion in Credits. Slowly and steadily. Then over a very short period it simply stopped paying out. Refused to pay anything until I had used up all the credit I had made. I monitored the % payout over several weeks. It intentionally dropped right down and didn’t change after several weeks. It even reduced the dragon spin frequency as well. Then , once all my credit had gone. Slowly it started to pay out again. It’s not fun when it just takes all your hard earnt credit . That’s not fun. There is no randomness. It’s completely controlled. And if your idea of anauthentic casino experience is just losing, then play on. When they realise the enjoyment is in winning and building up credit and improve the pay outs then it will get more stars.

Plenty of Eye Candy But Mostly Low Variance Slots

This could be great. The graphics, atmosphere, sound effects and overall presentation is sublime. Clearly much work has gone into this. If graphics alone are your thing this leaves the competition way behind. So why only 3 stars then? If you are primarily a gamer the following won’t make much sense. If, however, you have much experience with slots then read on. I have so far unlocked 5 of the 10 slots on offer. With the exception of “The Red Woman” these slots are “Low variance” In slots terms this means they have low volatility. You get frequent wins but highest payouts (excluding jackpot) is only 200x to 400x bet. You will mainly get frequent small wins of 10x to 30x bet. Most experienced slot players prefer Medium to High Variance Slots (infrequent wins but huge potential when they occur). “The Red Woman” is the only one of the first five slots unlocked to have huge potential. It’s a 1024 ways slot with highest symbol paying 1.5x bet per way on a five of a kind. As it is possible to get 1024 ways with this symbol 1500 x bet is achievable. The free games have wild multipliers and may potentially exceed this but I will have to examine reels more closely to determine. If the add more High Variance slots I will amend my rating.

Being a GoT fan I was naturally drawn to this app when I came across it, and it certainly looks the part with a shiny, slick interface, but after playing for a while you quickly realise that this is a rigged game.It’s a slots game so you should be aware that you win some and you lose some, but Zynga don’t even make an effort to pretend that this is a game of chance. The daily gift of coins is laughably skewed to awarding the lowest amounts - it would appear that you have a 1 in 16 chance of collecting the highest award but in over 60 spins I have never once won the daily jackpot. Maybe I was unlucky but when you consider how ‘unfortunate’ I have been on many of the slots you begin to understand that there are clearly algorithms at work here to ensure that you rapidly lose any gains you make in order to purchase additional coins.I don’t mind paying a small amount of cash to play games casually, but the amount of money you would need to spend in order to play the ‘hi-roller’ slots is obscene - £100 for a few tens of millions of coins is a criminal waste of money when you can blow through your stash in ten minutes chasing after the numerous jackpot machines. Some players clearly have more money than God as their gaming history and their daily league points would indicate that they are winning hundreds of BILLIONS each and every day - personally I don’t think these are even real players, but are either completely fictitious, or are Zynga employees who post outrageous scores in order to tempt real players into parting with their cash as they make a futile effort to emulate the ‘success’ of those at the top of the table.
