more I’ve been playing this game for many years now. It is a great game to play when it is working but it is soooo buggy. Sometimes you start the game and the tiles are blank instead of having letters on them. If a notification comes through while you are playing a game, then all of the sound turns off and you have to restart the app to get sound back. Right now, and this has been the case for months and months, despite having deleted and reinstalled the app, I cannot get in to edit my profile or access the settings. The Edit and Setting buttons don’t respond at all when I try to access. At one time, they sometimes responded if you pressed on them multiple times and sometimes they didn’t (which is still unacceptable). The processes surrounding development and testing of this game at Zynga cannot be very robust at all.
