It works well , just before saving check out the subtitles are right and showing on time- the text can be changed- split or merged

Took hours to use for a simple 2 min video

I upgraded to the paid option and it has not been added to my account. I’ve contacted customer services, but still waiting for a response. I used the free option they had. It’s really frustrating to use. The speeds for auto cue are ridiculous. Slow is beyond slow and normal is way too fast. Had to spend hours formatting the content to get it to go at my pace (which is talking normally).

Cannot log in after a month. Therefore cannot cancel my subscription. Therefore been charged!!! This is NOT an Apple subscription can only be cancelled if you can log in to there site. Which hun cannot. Am having to go through my bank now
