Artificial intelligence is no longer a future consideration for enterprise leaders. It is an active force reshaping how organizations operate, compete, and grow. Yet as AI adoption accelerates, a critical gap is emerging: most organizations are deploying intelligent systems without the structural discipline to ensure people actually use them. Technology is advancing faster than the human systems required to support it, leading to a high rate of project failures that have nothing to do with the software itself.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Illusion of Technological Readiness<\/span><\/h2>\n

When an enterprise decides to integrate AI (whether it is a generative AI assistant, a predictive analytics engine, or an automated workflow system), the initial focus is almost entirely technical. Millions of dollars are funneled into software licensing, data engineering, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
