As you arrive in Blomkest, your aunt wastes no time dropping you off at the humble Discounty supermarket to meet your assistant, Grace. She’ll introduce you to a handy gadget, called your PDA (personal digital assistant), which you can fill with useful apps including your task tracker, inventory control and town map.

From there, it’s straight to work – stocking shelves, putting up adverts around town and getting ready for Discounty’s grand opening day.

Running Discounty is a satisfying juggling act. Days are spent refilling your displays, serving customers promptly and placing orders for new products to keep up with demand.

Once you’ve closed up for the evening, Blomkest is yours to explore. Chat with locals, pick up the latest town gossip and strike trade agreements with the community’s many characters. Build the right relationships and you might even secure exclusive local specialities to stock in-store!
