After playing my favorite game for many years with family members and friends , I always had a "healthy" supply of coins and cookies. It is now IMPOSSIBLE to play without buying coins and points, as they changed the reward system on everything giving you less points. I love trivia topics , have to answer 20 questions in a row on a subject, and won 1000 points. They reduced that reward to 100 points. If you make one mistake you can use 1000 points to get another question......for a "reward" of 100 points. Rewards are reduced currently in every game, and designed to make you BUY points. They have essentially made it impossible in every category to win enough to sustain your playing. When all my points run out this time, I will stop playing, regardless of how much I enjoy it. They have designed their lowered rewards to decrease your hard earned points in all areas of the game. I would not recommend this game unless you want to spend money frequently to sustain your points. I used to frequently recommend this game to my friends and family. This game is designed to take your money. Also, some questions have the wrong answer, and I have to memorize this "wrong" answer, so I won't lose the game. In my opinion, this game going downhill. It used to be challenging to actually win a game, answering the questions correctly. In my opinion, it is now designed so that any dummy can win the game if they have bought enough "free correct answers" .and points. That was never the case in earlier versions.

A good game in all..a couple irritating errors; not too bad! My main pet peeve is with the servers & too much down time & not crediting people for their correct answers. Very addicting & fun; just fix the issues with the servers, ect! Having issues with the app today; went to continue with the game & it froze up! Not happy right now! WHY AM I STILL HAVING ISSUES!? THE APP HAS BEEN FRIZEN ALL DAY & UNABLE TO PLAY THE GAME!!! WHY IS THIS APP FROZEN YET AGAIN!? UNABLE TO PKAY THE GAME, ECT!? This is happening too many times! VERY AGGRAVATING TO SAY THE LEAST! THE APP IS STILL FROZEN! STILL UNABLE TO PLAY THE GAME OR RESPOND TO ANOTHER PLAYER WHOM I COMMUNICATE WITH ON A REGULAR BASIS! WHY IS THIS A CONTINUING PROBLEM!? WHY IS THIS GAME STILL FROZEN!! THIS IS GETTING WAY PAST RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! IT HAS BEEN OVER 12hrs THAT THIS APP HAS BEEN FROZEN TO THE POINT THAT I AM UNABLE TO PLAY THE GAME!!!!!The screen is frozen & cannot budge or do anything! This has been going on all day! WHY!? ONCE AGAIN THE APP IS FROZEN & I AM UNABLE YO PLAY; THIS HAPPENS WAY TOO OFTEN!!!

I love trivia! I enjoy playing this game a lot & it’s nice playing it without ads. I’m definitely hooked. If I could change anything about it, it would be for them to spell check their trivia questions & use capitol letters when necessary & use correct punctuation. No trivia questions should have 6 question marks in it & I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people’s names in all lowercase letters. It’s Jane Doe, not “jane doe”. Also, some of the questions in this game are just straight up stupid, I’m assuming it’s people who do not work for the app creating them, but I wish they would be pickier about which ones actually get put in the game. Or perhaps fix the trivia question & answers up a bit to look professional. Not all of the questions are that bad, but a good majority of them are. Enough to slightly get on my nerves, but that could just be me.I do think the app is worth the $2. It’s fun & addicting. It’s a rare occasion I don’t play it at least once a day. Hopefully the quality of questions improves in the future!Oh & one more thing. Don’t exit out in the middle of a pic duel or any part of the game where you continuously answer questions otherwise you will have to delete the game and reinstall it. I’ve had to do it 3 times because of it. Just exiting out of the app & restarting your phone does not help it. Until you delete & reinstall the app it will not stop claiming there’s a problem with your internet connection.

I’ve been playing TC for years off and on; I like the current format and types of games. BUT, the quality of questions has decreased greatly in the last couple years. I’ve had questions rejected as duplicates when in the meantime I’ve seen multiple nearly identical questions on simple pop culture events. Questions have horrible grammar and there are a lot of sports questions on what team won in (some random year) that wasn’t special or memorable for any reason. My favorite (Not) bad questions are the geography ones that ask what is above or below instead of north and south. I picture Canada floating in the sky over the US, when actually it’s north. The worst thing lately is what I consider the money grab. The “pet” is cute but it is difficult to gather enough “cookies” to keep it. I’ve played my turn on 8-10 games without getting a single chance to win a cookie. I now spend more time without a pet than with it because I won’t pay money to buy cookies, when that is clearly the target. Similarly, it’s easy to climb the ranks until you get to the Master levels when you absolutely have to have a points doubler (or more) to score enough points to move up or even maintain your level. Of course it requires tickets to buy the doubler and I won’t pay for that so I’ve been stuck between master II & III for weeks.
