My smart service tools are the only digital gages I have. I like them because they do not have hoses so they can be shut in equipment and record and trend data. They are also compact and robust. You could set an I pad nearby and watch the graph and live data and find problems easily missed by others. It WAS top notch. Today I get them out and have to update app because old one wouldn’t load. With the new update… I’m about to toss these in the trash as they have successfully created a terrible app that is absolutely not field friendly. What a shame.

This is a new update for an app I have used for many years and they have absolutely destroyed one of the most cutting edge and intelligent, wireless smart refrigeration systems out there.The way the app is now it is absolutely unusable, and I will have to switch it to another system. This is wildly, disappointing, and frankly, you’re responsible to do your professionals to rely on these tools. I cannot express enough how angry I am that they absolutely sabotage this app and burned it to the ground. It took away the old app to make sure nobody could use this tool.

I’ve used these for over 10 years went to use them yesterday. Had to get a new app had to configure everything and then what I saw was just garbage. I spent so much money on these tools 10 years ago. I can’t even imagine what they are today. They have totally ruined the way I would use this never can understand people that do this. Definitely nobody that works in the field.

Way to ruin a good thing. I have had my Sporlan Smart Service Probes for years now and today I get surprised and completely caught off guard when I went to use the perfectly good app I’ve been used to. The new app looks like it was developed by a 5th grader and is complete garbage. Please bring the old app back. Honestly I probably won’t even wait around for that. I’m going to be switching to Fieldpiece now.
