I have a couple different numbers because of my career) so I use a couple different services to protect us nationally and internationally. This app didn’t work for a while properly which was frustrating. However, customer service did a great job explaining they were updating and making it better and to just be patient. I wasn’t disappointed. The only reason I’m taking off star is every couple weeks I get repeat spam calls) and I’m definitely blocking the numbers. But somehow they come back. So it’s not always consistent. But it really does help) especially when you consider how much Spam there is out there, and I’m hopeful that it will keep improving. Also sometimes when I update it daily ) it freezes.

It’s been 1 week and this app blocked over 20 spam texts. Unfortunately, a few that I didn’t want blocked were in there and I am hoping it will learn not to do it. It hasn’t blocked any phone calls and I have received a couple. It’s alright, though, it is the texts that were really out of hand. I’ll write again if I have additional praise or gripes, as it has only been one week.

Callers that I want to send to voicemail get stuck in voicemail hell somewhere and I never get a message. When I remove Robokiller from the equation, everything is alright. Robokiller just isn’t tossing the good callers back to the right place in my phone ecosystem. No fix is available. I’ve tried EVERYTHING including wiping the phone. Alas, it was good while it lasted. Make that Zero customer support.Have had this for 8 months and it has blocked ZERO calls.The standard setup in the iPhone IOS or you can forward unknown callers to your voicemail.This works much better in my opinion than this app.I've had this app for eight months now, I bought a subscription for $20And I am letting it expire without renewal because there is no get your money back.I contacted them several times asking for help and I got nothing back.NothingVery disappointed and I feel like I was ripped off.The only function I ever used was looking up the numbers that I blocked myself to see what they were, and even that functions very weak.FYI I am running an iPhone 12 mini, and I keep it updated to the very latest iOS from Apple. Currently as of June 2024, 17.5.1I don't like leaving a negative feedback, but for $20 and no help and no refund path, I felt like I had to make and say something.I hope nobody else has lost $20.
