Hello, this is my first review but I’ve been trying to connect the printer via Bluetooth to my phone. It’s been unsuccessful and I believe it is due to the lack of updates in the app. Please fix this whenever possible because many still enjoy your printing products but it would be hard to continue using it if the app is not fixed.

If you still have time to return the device, DO IT!!!!! Although my phone is on the latest software update and I have a recent released phone (iphone13), the app has a hard time connecting with Bluetooth to allow the printing to occur: when I go on Bluetooth, it says that the printer is connected to my phone but when I go on the app it says otherwise and wont recognize the Bluetooth connection is activated. I’ve gone 10 long minutes trying to turn Bluetooth on and off and redownloading the app to see if it fixes the issue but I still manage to go on the same loophole. I’m so fed up with this printer. So far it’s only printed photos with horizontal streaks going across 🥸

I know there are some bad reviews but I personally have had no issues with mine. Yeah it’s not as clear as the newer models and saturated colors but I knew that when I bought it 5 years ago. I now have iphone15 plus and latest iOS and still worked. It initially won’t connect and I thought its life is over but then it miraculously did within a span of 5 minutes.
It has worked for 5 years for me!

I have had this printer for 10+ years and just rediscovered it. After taking a while for the Bluetooth connection to go through, the printer works wondrously! The built in filters and stickers are very nostalgic and cute 😊
