In my opinion, this is a poorly designed app that did not take the actual technicians into consideration when designing the app. Example: NTE while on site does not actually exist. We are simply Service technicians and are not app designers. Way too hard to navigate

I have been using this app since its first launch many years ago and when one onsite was launched, and it has come a long long way! Ashwin has been so amazing to deal with, communicated and listened to all my concerns and made sure they were taken care of, now I can run my entire large business with the app alone basically, 5 out of 5! Thank you so much Ashwin for working hard!

All these SMS apps have sucked and are incredibly cumbersome to use. By the way you do not need access to my microphone and you do not need access to my camera in order to complete the paperwork. Very invasive to privacy. You guys really need to have one of the Field people who actually use the app give direction on its development instead of people who live in an office and think they know how the workflow should go. It’s not how it works in the field
