This is a well made game that’s been fun for at least a few hours now. The game has a number of different systems and good art direction for a one man show, and it’s actively being worked on. The tutorial isn’t the most helpful, not explaining things like instant kills, and the magic system is a little janky and feels like it could use expansion beyond 3 different damaging spells. My biggest complaint is the auto battle. It would be fun to have on in the background if it was smart enough to prioritize things like putting spells on casters, healing tanks, etc… hopefully the game will expand in future updates. All that being said, this game with all its jank is more deserving of support than any of the corporate cash grab auto battlers. 5 stars for clearly being a game someone cares about.

First of all, I wanna say the game is quite fun. I bought the middle subscriber pack and then two other packs after that to support the dev. Unfortunately, the progression is just too slow for being a semi idle game. I don’t wanna spend hours and hours and hours leveling up characters as I try different characters and gear. I like the semi idle pace, but the progression pace does not match the ability to stay focused on the game for too long. I guess if you’re kind of like watching a show and then kind of paying attention to the game, it might be better but in need of some balancing in terms of upgrades. I feel like I’ve been stuck for the past week despite playing an hour a day. If the combat was more interactive, it could hold my attention but in lieu of that they need better progression. Unfortunately my attention span is waning here.

I often find myself looking for games that I can lose myself in and end up spending hours in without even noticing. This game does just that. It’s simple enough but keeps you engaged and wanting to progress and comeback for more. This style of game is not for everyone however those who are fans of these games will throughly enjoy this one. Gameplay loop is fine, but characters aren’t well balanced (some have clearly better skills, melee and defense are dramatically better than magic), the loot isn’t really mix and matchable because of this. Status effects on your characters are hard to see (if they exist other than death’s terror), but gear bonuses include status effect reduction of various kinds.This game will be much better when some thought into balance and synergy with different characters becomes meaningful. Right now there are many characters that are just garbage and no amount of upgrading or gear will make them useful.
