No jobs appear for me but others in Amarillo have many job offers. I can pass a new alcohol breathalyzer tests and new drug tests (all urine sample mouthswab hair follicle) daily if must! I can easily outperform 98% of my coworkers athletically-physically AND academically aptitude wise at collegiate levels. I have no court cases, and don't have felony convictions a mile long like the vast majority of my coworkers. I am a real Texas Resident born and raised. I am a U.S. Citizen born and raised. I know for a fact the ,not supervisors at jobsites but even higher up, Superintendents over multiple construction jobsites will vouch for my work ethic and give me job recommendations and requests for me to constantly return per my personal dossier! I don't understand why I can't be considered for jobs that pay $20&up hourly like my colleagues or just any jobs at all. If so also a day in advance would be extremely helpful as well and not just considered as last option if a coworker cant complete the job tasks required or fails to be sober & drug-free or professional for jobs. For me it's always there are no jobs today aside from the lowest pay job offer yet when i call hundreds of times to no answer before getting an answer its apologies we are constantly dealing with job clients booking new jobs.. Frustrating and disappointing to say the least constantly being poor.

I have had very little success with the app because each branch uses this tool differently, if at all. The uniformity of jobs entered by consumers and staffing coordinators is not only absent, but it is not sought after. This is confusing to potential employees desirous of placement. I don’t know the viewpoint. Of those employers utilizing the app to find people to fill the openings they have, this review may not be expedient enough. The improvements that come over time could be expedited , maximizing True Blue/PeopleReady revenue by merit of ease of application in new procedures/ platform evolution. My input is based upon my experience as a temp seeking work. Being employed as a temp but never placed in a long term position , as desired. I am developing my own staffing structure which employees the marginalized population, and will soon be a potential client on the opposite side of the spectrum. I’d like to see a comprehensive evaluation be carried out from aleph to zed. Progress is hindered and sparse at best, as is.

This app is not only poorly designed but designed for the purpose of control over workers just like the business itself. They failed to design the app so that you can call/email the office in which the job is in its area for. They don’t let you find other potential jobs for that day especially if the job is only for half of the day. I find it difficult to look for jobs the next day so that I not only don’t have to worry about looking for jobs right away in the morning but can make plans to get to the job on time the next day instead of having not being able to get to the job on time cause having to look for one right away in the morning instead of focusing on getting to a job in the morning and not having enough time to get to the job cause the jobs were not posted early enough to get to the job on time. It should be the first person to take the job not the first person who arrives at the job site first. If there is anybody else to take the job after the first person to take the job they should be a backup incase the person runs into problems or doesn’t show up for the job. I don’t know if anyone will be reading this and makes any sense. To me this is just evidence of a app not really thought out well or not having the kind of people who are going to be using the app to get involved in designing the app or having a test run on the app with people who are going to be using the app. Other thing is this background check part if I already did a job for one office and had no complaints why do have to have to wait for another office to clear the background check for that same job again people end up losing out on jobs and become more poorer because they cant work.
