This app really has promise. A couple of things keeping me from five stars: the force of the beat is too light and makes it difficult to follow on my wrist (I’m a guitarist). Being able to adjust this in some way would be incredible. Also, the slider is too touchy, it’s dang near impossible to get exactly the speed I’d like. I’d like either a less responsive slider or a text input of sorts.

I love the haptic feedback on my wrist. I got the app so I could stimulate a pressure point on the inside of my wrist. When it’s stimulated it can reduce headaches, nauseousness and anxiety. The light tapping was just what I needed and a lot cheaper then getting a professional anti anxiety wrist vibrating device. I have this app running all day, but it’s been running down my battery because it’s been running all day. The app works in the background as long as the app is open. The hepatic feedback pressure can be adjusted in the Apple Watch settings. Getting this app inspired me to get a metronome vibrating watch specifically meant to work only as a metronome so I can have one going until the battery runs out and then turn on the app on my Apple Watch for the rest of the day because this app makes me feel calm and greatly reduces my anxiety.

When I used it on my watch and my hand went back yes my watch fell asleep but the metronome did not stop, even if I went back super far it still did not turn of. So I don’t know why you think this app is so bad, especially if you play tournament golf like me and you can’t have the sound on this is great for a time like that. And also if your watch falls asleep when you go back and it stops playing that probably means your watch needs an update/upgrade, or you just need a new watch. P.S this app is amazing thank you for it.👍✅

The pulse, on the phone or the watch, is wa too feeble to feel unless you have your fingers on it, which of course you can’t do while playing. This may be more related to the intensity of the pulse achievable in the watch and phone rather than the app, but it is not useful in any event. Also, unless I have not found the setting, there is no sound, which is a normal part of any metronome. Finally I find the controls of starting, stopping and changing frequency cumbersome compared to other apps. In my opinion wish I would not have paid the money for this, but some people may have a more favorable opinion.
