It’s an awesome York resource, when it works. Currently, you type in a serial number and it just saves it in your recent searches. That does nothing to help me when I’m in the field trying to look up parts.

Unresponsive, will not allow to use mail function,when you attempt to mail support from app, takes you to an account page that does nothing but show you “account added”. Great way to make techs mad and customers cold.
