I have my fifth Collette trip coming up in 44 days. I used to use the app to look at my previous trips, to look at details and reminisce. I upgraded my phone this week and now I can't log into the app at all, not even with my reservation number. It's sad that you can't look at your previous trips unless you have another trip planned. I tried to call customer service but no one answered today and I finally hung up.

The air travel portion of the itinerary was not updated properly at all when our flights got rescheduled and rearranged. For instance, our original flight plan stayed on the app and sent reminders. Meanwhile, the rescheduled flight plan started to send reminders for completely different times and transfers.. and yet, the flight plan that was finally settled on never made it to the app. Not that we wouldn’t have made sure we knew which air itinerary was most recent, I can see how there could be a tremendously bad trip lurking for someone less pro-active. I called the office multiple times to ensure we knew what was what. The phone staff is excellent, responsive and personable... but there’s a disconnect between them and the app updates to the client itinerary.

My husband, me, and two of our adult children and their spouses went to Greece on Oct 9 - Oct 24, 2023. savass was our tour guide. Honestly we could not have had a better guide. Totally EXCELLENT from beginning to end. Six of us became sick and Savass handled it with tact and sensitivity of the seasoned Guide that he is. Whatever his salary, he needs a raise, his English is impeccable, kindness unequaled in our experience . Just can’t say enough about how Great he was. Thank You to Collette for having the caliber of Guids that make us want to use your company again and again. This was our 3rd trip with your co. And I garuntee our children will be back, as will we.James and Barbara McNamer Houston, Mn.

I just spent another GREAT vacation thanks to you guys. I have not vacationed with any other company in those land tours, but if that’s the way they all are then that’s perfect. This was my third vacation with Collette and they didn’t disappoint. This was by far the best. The other two were great but this really left a utopian feeling on me.
