So like many others in its class you can speed through it if you are happy to throw cash into the game and buy coins, it’s a little slower if you are not willing to like me. What I do like though is that if you are patient enough then you can get every attraction or home style for free, you just have to play consistently enough to get the daily rewards, convert money for keys and coins etc. I was able to get on, pay nothing and yet quickly start to build which I liked. The longer you play, the more money you make and the more you can expand, again the key is patience. Once you start expanding out to other islands you can really start to build fast and earn way more. I’ve built two islands so far and have a ton of money, keys and coins and I haven’t spent anything. Really fun but super addictive once you start playing and I like the raw simplicity of things, you build places of work and fun things and if you build both side by side your population stays happy and grows, simple as that.

The first time I played the game it was really fun! I told my friend about it and she might get it. The game is a blast but the thing is, sometimes you don’t have enough gold to get really good things, and that disappoints me a little. And you can always buy gold, but that’s with real money and I think you should use your money for other things in your life. And sometimes frequently you don’t have any gold, I didn’t have gold for a while, but then I used a fortune spinner and I got two gold. Not bad but still. Now let’s get to the good things about the game. I love it that you can choose a female or male helper to help you on your journey, I also love that when you build buildings you can get money from them and it’s really helpful. 🙂 One more if ifi thing just to get stuff sometimes it’s just gold. And I’m really disappointed because sometimes it’s buildings that can help you make money or really helpful things to make your little people very happy. The last thing. Some people can go around your city and give you suggestions, they say that 31 people are without a job and you need to build a garden center. I already have built a garden center and I was saving up for something really big. Another thing I built an observation tower on a hill. It said it needed to have roads connected to it. There were stairs that lead up to the hill so I didn’t have a choice. I had to try and delete it but I couldn’t. That’s it! My 3 star review, try it out yourself. It’s FREE!

I love this game, and I enjoyed building my city island for the first week I had the game. But as of late I have been problems with the game crashing. I have the latest update of the game and of iOS on my phone. However when I try to log onto my game, it always crashes within 10 seconds of entry. I know this isn’t a connection issue or my phones fault, because it happens only to this app. I would give this game a higher rating if it weren’t for this issue. I also have some other suggestions for the game, like making the hit box of the money icons (when collecting money) slightly bigger. I often tap on another building on accident while trying to click on a cash icon to collect money. Also, make some more inexpensive buildings for the snow biome. I have to save up so much money just to buy one building there! In addition, I recommend that you allow more of the original houses to be bought with cash. All in all, I wish I could give this game a better rating, but I can’t even play the game due to this issue. Yeah, what the 1st guy said; patience is key. However, land increases ridiculously in price, & often houses & businesses can’t even be bought because you can only pay by using game coins that can be won or bought with real money. You buy homes & businesses for only certain island land types, & on the snowy island there are no community buildings to purchase at all, yet the red exclamation sign, that travels on your roads, tells you that you need them to boost your city’s happiness through community buildings. The graphic design is incredible, & I like being able to zoom in to make cities bigger to look at. Moving vehicles & people walking makes the cities come alive as do certain animated buildings. I’ve played this game for a long time & purchase what I can when I can with game money & coins. Watch out for the old man sea captain on the volcanic island. He will make great bargaining deals at times & a real con artist at other times. The lady sea captain, on the snowy island, always gives daily awards & they are very nice ones & get better everyday. You just have to visit daily or you have to start over with rewards. Then the game has 7 day long events that you collect traveling gift packages to exchange for game money, keys, tokens, & game coins which help you to collect keys for treasure chests.
