Q: What's the point of the app when I can just use the autotempest.com website?
A: If you're happy using AutoTempest in your browser and don't want to use the app, no problem! We will always try to include all features and support all devices on the website. If you're searching for cars regularly though and want a faster way to get into it, maybe the app is for you.
Q: How come you don't have this car from Cargurus/Autotrader/Facebook?
A: AutoTempest pulls together listings from many of the top car listings sites, including Cars.com, Truecar, Carvana, eBay, and many more. That said, there are a few whose listings we don't have direct access to. However, to make your search as easy as possible, we do still link to matching search results from those sites. So you actually can see all their listings matching your search; just click the comparison links at the end of our results. No need to visit multiple sites (or apps) and re-enter your search.
Q: Is the app finished, or do you have more features planned?
A: We're working on improving the advanced search first, to make it more intuitive. Later we'll be adding an optional login to share favorite searches and listings between app and web, and across devices, as well as the ability to manage saved searches and, eventually, saved and ignored vehicles, all from the app. After that, let us know what you'd like to see.

The app worked for me!I was able to keep checking until I found what I was looking for.I wish a Facebook marketplace and all other marketplaces could be streamlined into the system (I wasn’t able to), but luckily I remembered to open that link separately and found mine there.
It Works, But I was Expecting More

The way that the app is set up kind of strange. I was expecting a much more fluid experience. It just opens a web browser window up of the normal website, I don’t really see the benefit of using the app over the actual website unless you’re on the go. For now I will still do a majority of my car surfing on my desktop but I’ll keep using it and provide more feedback.

I have been using this app for years 10/10 recommend. But lately I've been use the website but the mobile app for me give me a black screen. I restart me phone and force quick the app still nothing is working for me now

This may be a result of a long period of inactivity after initial installation (a bug that we're currently working on addressing!). In the meantime re-installing the app may resolve this issue, but if not, and if you have a minute to send a screen recording to app@autotempest.com, that would be much appreciated!
