It is completely wrong to let individual carelessness ruin an app’s reputation.Platforms need to fix this immediately. While the complaints of these incompetent users can remain visible for transparency, their scores should be completely blocked from affecting the overall star rating. An app's quality should never be penalized because a consumer lacks basic personal discipline.

Do not download this app. For free trial I downloaded and decided I could not keep it and there is no place to cancel this subscription even before it starts! Apple does not manage payment or subscriptions They have said to others. I was on with Apple and they could not find anywhere that I was on free trial yet this app says it will bill my iTunes account! I have written the developer but have not heard back.

Misleading app!!

We tell people to install Microsoft Authenticator for work. We started getting angry tickets about how it’s not free. Turns out everyone thought Authenticator App was Microsoft Authenticator. Hard to blame them - this app does everything it can to make you think it’s connected to Microsoft. Its name likeness, use of Microsoft imagery, and description make you think it’s a Microsoft product at first glance. Thats deception, and users can hardly be blamed for their initial confusion given how alike it is. This company knows exactly what they’re doing. Don’t fall for it.
