I've been using the app for a few weeks now on my iPhone and iPad. I wanted an app to combine my three email accounts into one access point. Edison has done that very well. I like the clean UI and many features are available in the free version. I had an issue with my Microsoft account which was a Microsoft change issue not caused by Edison. Their support team was great in getting it resolved. They responded quickly and sent several regular messages to follow up.

Edison Mail has become my favorite email app because it’s super fast, easy to organize, and really helpful. The Smart Assistant keeps all my packages, bills, and travel info in one place, the one-tap unsubscribe is a lifesaver, and the spam blocking actually works.It’s easy to use, full of useful features, and makes managing email feel much less stressful. Honestly, it just makes life easier.

I've used Edison for years and have never been disappointed. It's user friendly and Customer Service is always very helpful if you have questions or issues. I love the "undo send" option. I've set my email to send 15 seconds after I hit the "send" button. There have been so many times in that 15 seconds that I'd decided not to send the email, so I love having the option of quickly choosing "undo send." Keep up the good work!

I started using Edison email about two years ago. I have been happy with it for my various email accounts and the organizational tools it provides. During that time, I only had one issue which its support team took care of almost immediately.

Thank you for your timely response to my question regarding my email. I needed help with reusing and or deleting old email folders. Their response was quick and helpful. Their instructions were simple and easy to follow. Next time I need help I now know who to contact.

Sent a request to Support regarding a tech issue with my email that kept timing out and requiring to me to sign back in with login credentials multiple times a day. There was a detailed analysis within which a solution was provided that proved to be the key to eliminating my issue.

So, I have a lot of emails from many different companies, sources, some important, most are trash. I almost gave up on finding an email application that could help me get more organized. 2 others failed. I’m already super impressed on day 2. Thank you.

I wanted a new email app because I was getting glitches with the Apple mail app. The largest issues for that for me was that many of my emails, usually from larger businesses, would take forever to load, and that Apple kept on changing the swipe functions on me. I then went to download Gmail, but my phone OS didn’t support it unfortunately. That led me to this app, Edison Mail, which has been a huge improvement over this, even just the free version! Right out of the gate, it led me on a quick tour of the ecosystem, and then continued to give onetime tips on settings and features I could use if I wanted. A quick setup and introduction for sure. I have been happy with what it offers for settings and customization. Most importantly for me, it loads my mail fast and also has nice swipe functions that are customizable.The widgets that it offers are awesome too. - if you’re looking for a new email app, this one could be for you!

I like most of the features and functions of this app - except for one increasingly annoying issue: the notifications are NEVER accurate. It feels like it’s getting worse. Sometimes I’ll glance at my home screen, and the notification badge for this app will display something like “48” (not an exaggeration), but when I open the app there are zero new messages. Multiple refreshes will produce maybe two new emails, at most. This is incredibly annoying.

It’s great to have everything in one place but it’s constantly having problems with my outlook address. I know it’s ancient and I should get rid of it, but it’s so old that I keep it around out of loyalty. I never have connection problems with my Gmail addresses, but I’m constantly getting red bars saying there’s issues with my hotmail account connection. It’s making me consider switching to a different email service.
