Sync error doesn’t allow you to sign in. Reached out to company and they never got back to me. App is useless

New update doesn’t let me log out of app or access my service orders. Please fix asap.

Won’t sync

Every time I try to login with my company login ID and password doesn’t work. It’s says “Error during sync, you are logged out. Could not log into server with user name please check the username and password and try again.
