This app works well for looking up literature for Bryant and Carrier equipment. You do need to have a fairly fast data connection or it does seem to time out it looks like it brings a lot of data. I am an HVAC Technician and use this app daily since I work on a lot of Bryant and Carrier units unfortunately it does not show accessories like thermostats or zoning but as for furnaces air-conditioners and other equipment it works well

The original Total line app worked like a charm. This app that replaced it is total garbage. No customer support. Rarely works and the times when it does work you are lucky if you can find a full part number history. Oh and good luck if you are trying to find any literature on the equipment you are working on. Whether it’s something that was installed 1 year ago or 20 years ago chances are you will see “not found”. Though it’s to be expected from a company that stuck with a failed secondary heat exchanger design for 20 years.

Installed app & it immediately registers you as a new user. Filled out requested info & hit Register button. Says creating registration, then starts the wait! Just says 'Retrieving Data' for eternity (or until your battery dies!). End of story. Releasing an app before it's ready, just to say you have an app is just plain wrong! I expected more out of Totaline and could really use a WORKING app to look up part numbers out in the field. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I can't believe the App Store allows apps in their store that just don't work.

A little tricky to register. But once I was up and running the app worked as advertised. It takes some time to learn all the value the app has to offer, but there is nothing like it in HVAC. Install manual, parts look up by scanning bar codes, training videos. Nice job Totaline!

Rarely works, if at all. Sometimes by model number, but never by serial number... serial number is much easier. Please fix! I’ve sent them emails through the app with no response... if I could give it negative 5 stars I would. If you can’t make an app, please at least provide a desktop version

You used to be able to look up just part numbers in the search function, a function they have taken away and no longer works! This makes this app useless, not everyone has the model number.

Very useful in finding availability of parts in my bill of materials.

I used to be able to see my registered customers info in the app such as install date and warranty expiration which made filling out warranty tags at the counter easier....

No matter what brand I search no brands are found? :( I was really excited for this app until I tried it. I would pay to be able to search Manuals across all to most brands in a single app.... if it actual worked that is.
