Not only is this app full of bugs and glitches, it is plagued by its uselessness in its inability to stay connected to the wireless tools you’re trying to use. The interface is at, first glance, simplistic enough to figure out, but users will soon learn that it’s anything but. My combination, wireless probes and clamps once connected, there would be a tab specifically for that group of four tools, and for some reason, there would be a separate individual tab for one of my clamps or probes, but not the other one opposite of it. Should consider giving the user of the ability to move the tabs and order they want.Removing a tool to try to reconnect, it is a redundant process because it just keeps popping back up under connected devices. When I go to connect to my device and for whatever nonsensical reason, it’ll disconnect after a few seconds. So I go to try to delete it to re-add it (which I shouldn’t have to do as often as I have) even though I get a confirmation that it was deleted, it still shows back up and it’s connected. Navac, fix your freaking app. This thing has a rating of two stars for a reason. It‘s more broken than any app I’ve used so far. When we buy your products, we don’t just pay for the tool. We’re paying to use a workable app to compliment that tool and so far it is not delivered.

The app is bit unstable and only runs perfectly smooth when I’m not in a hurry. The firmware updates for tools hardly ever work and will update one probe but not the other.. But yet I love Navac tools so I’m trying to hang in here and be patient.

Paid $430 for the smart probes and this app nor the probes will display SuperHeat or Subcooling. In addition you cannot see the temp probes and the gauges at the same time. You have to select one tool at a time and then manually switch back and forth. I wouldn’t have released this product until these bugs were solved. I’m returning my probes and going somewhere else. I’d suggest the same if you like efficiency. Good Luck. Btw they don’t display together in MeasureQuick app either.

When the app is working it does a decent job. However, I’ve been trying to logon for 2 days now and can’t, it keeps telling me I have the wrong phone number format and after trying several times and with my email I still can’t get on. I love my NX4G gauges but if NAVAC wants to compete with Fieldpiece they better step up their game on the apps.

Have the new Bluetooth probe kit and I was very disappointed when opening this app and realizing there’s no way to connect the pressure probes and temp clamps onto one screen like fieldpiece. And the lack of auto calculation for super heat and sub cooling. I really don’t want to send them back but it’s definitely on my mind.

Very easy to navigate. Everything connected quickly and the info was accurate.

I’ve had the pressure probes and psychrometer for over three months now and I have gotten a lot of issues with them first off one of my probes on my Novak app keeps connecting as a micron gauge and it doesn’t let me pair them all the way up. I also don’t like how the psychrometer don’t show Delta T.

Absolute garbage app. You have to click on everything 10 times for it to register and even then, good luck! It'll probably take you to the wrong thing. It also keeps measuring my vacuum in "Pa" instead of microns. That's useless to me. Deleted this junk IMMEDIATELY.

Hey NAVAC! Fix this garbage app ! I’m spending thousands on your gear ,the least you can do is put out a proper app, these probes are useless without out it ! Low and high side clamps are reading incorrectly and this app is NOT intuitive at all , get with the 21st century already!! 28 year vet of HVAC industry here !
