24me Персональный Ассистент

I’ve been using 24me for the better part of a decade. I’m a Veteran and when I started having memory problems, I went looking for something to keep me making my hit times. I sent an email asking for more details on functionality and the owner of the company emailed me back! Fantastic guy by the way! We corresponded for a while and I’ve been a pro member ever since. Pulls all of my calendars into one place. Location, time, traffic, notes, color coding! Two scheduled alerts and a nagging feature! Even has a widget for my smart watch. I’ve never had an issue, bug, disruption, or lost task/appointment.
Ответ разработчикаThanks for the kind words. Happy to hear about your experience.
I’ve had this app for years, I got in while they had a lifetime pro deal going on. They have typically been very responsive to letting them know about problems but it’s been over a year of the app not working with my Apple Watch. It always says no events for today, no matter how many are on my calendar. A couple months ago I reached out over a different bug, when I change the date of a recurring event there’s a pop-up that asks if you want to change it for this one instance or all instances in the future. Clicking future used to update all the ones in the future, but now it isn’t. I’ve reached out a couple times about it, the last two times with no response. And things get duplicated. It shows up twice in your calendar but when you delete one, they are both gone. The same bugs have plagued this app for years. Probably time for me to move on to a different calendar app.
I love this app. Not sure how I ever lived without it. You can manage your tasks and calendar all from one view as well as create lists, keep your alarms and reminders in manageable order, and take notes. There are other good apps out there but they never really supplied the right combination of items before in an aesthetically pleasing way. . This literally helps me stay on track by showing my tasks and calendar in one view so I never miss anything. It also works seamlessly with reminders and calendars from your iPhone so you can still use Siri to make new edits and use your phone the way you've always used it. I simply tell Siri what I want to remember and when I open 24me it's there within seconds. You can also add bills to the system, social media accounts and service providers so you get reminders on when to pay bills or to remember birthdays all from one place. It's amazing without being even a little bit overwhelming! And it's free!! I'm a writer and I can even track my writing pieces and ideas in the proper category in the notes section without having this long unmanageable list of random writings. I introduced the app to a financier I know who manages money and projects all over the world and he loves it too. I'm currently a stay-at-home mom-it works for EVERYONE and NO, I am not a paid advertiser. I just seriously love it. It's hard making the transition from the apps you love but believe me when I say it's worth it.
First, I am not an IT person, I am a scientist- I just want stuff to work, I don’t want to have play with it. I have been exploring options to help me be more efficient. 24me is the best I have found so far - with caveats. The selection criteria I have used is that any organization app I consider must be able to handle multiple calendars from multiple sources (I have ten with four that I regularly use - Exchange, and Google), I want to be able to see calendar events, and tasks in the same place, a ‘nag’ function would be nice (it easy to get too focused on the experiment in front of me), and a desktop version would be a bonus. Here is how I see 24me fitting my needs: It handles all my calendars fine. It would be nice to be able to indicate which ones I care to see alerts from (not all as it does now). Events and Tasks are all in one convenient display, but it is only possible to ‘nag’ tasks, not events. Also all events are created as ‘busy’ - there is no ‘busy/free’ option. I use an ‘availability service’, and making all events ‘busy’ is not the most efficient. There is no desktop option.Overall, I initially would rate this a three. It puts tasks and events in on place for me, but it could handle some details better. As far as I can tell tech support does not exist (I have sent multiple messages and never gotten a response). In the end I have given a ‘bonus point’ to four stars as 24me is better than anything else I’ve tried.
Ответ разработчикаThank you for your feedback to us! Please make sure that our response emails to you have not been sent by mistake to your spam box. We make sure to answer every email ASAP. As well as, please make sure you've contacted the right support address - support@twentyfour.me Regarding the desktop version - we're currently working on it. Until it's ready, you can use any calendar program you'd like on your desktop/web and it will automatically sync events with 24me and vice versa. Just make sure you assign your events and meeting to an online calendar account such as Google or Yahoo so your events go online and sync between any devices that are connected to those calendar accounts. 😊🙏🏼📩
I have probably bought every task management/appointment app there is, and I have a couple that I use and really like, but I thought I'd take a look. To be honest 24me looked interesting, but nothing I hadn't seen and couldn't really do in the other apps. However, the notes section of this app cannot be beat, it's in a separate class by itself. But what really drew me to this app is it's persistence at constantly communicating to let me know what's going on during my day. Whether it's just, "you have stuff to do," you have a meeting, or a little car honk to say you should leave now if you want to get there on time, it's always ready to let you know what's happening. These reminders, and notifications aren't anything that other apps can't, and don't already do. It's more in the way that 24me does it. What should be annoying, is actually great. The little nags, hey you got some free time why don't you get some stuff done now. 24me comes as close to a real automated personal assistant I've seen. To this point, I've really started using it and not just because it won't leave me alone, but because in the way that it does this that makes it great. 24me has a clean interface that it almost looks a little Spartan, but my experience so far is shown that it has a lot more good stuff packed into it, than at first glance.

I’m a paper planner for sure, every once and a while I try to switch to a digital planner for the time saving ability of inputting reoccurring events, sending events to people, searching events, etc. I’m a nerd, so organization and planning is a hobby of mine and I spend a lot of time searching for a better option. This one is working pretty well, but there’s still a few things that I find disappointing. First, I love that you have options for a daily, 3 day, weekly, or monthly view. But there’s no quick add feature when you are in any calendar other than daily so you have to remember the date you are planning on and input it manually. Second, I wish there was a date selection option for each calendar view. Where I can just quickly request to skip forward 4 months 6 days from today instead of having to either swipe forever or which calendar views, select the date, and then switch back. Last, I’ve had some standard calendars set up on my google email account which has some basic calendars set up - birthdays, parenting plan, reoccurring events, etc. you’re not allowed to edit these events in this app, so you’re forced to either not sync your accounts or use both calendars if anything needs to be modified. This is only day one, so we’ll see how it goes!
Ответ разработчикаThank you very much for your feedback to us!In order to quick add to your calendar, you can long press on an open slot on the day, 3-days, and week views. On other views, you can scroll to the required day and then tap on the + button and the app will choose the correct day. The date requesting function is something that we're potentially going to add in the future. The read-only events are indeed synced from your different calendars. Those calendars are read only, thus 24me doesn't have access to edit them. Hope this answers your questions, and of course you can write to our customer support at support@twentyfour.me for more questions or concerns you might have 🤩🙏🏼
I've read the reviews, tried the app and here is what I think. First, I would like to see this app rotating to landscape mode because it doesn't do that at this time. Secondly, I tend to want some things more easily accessible by having items placed on the same page, more traditionally interpreted as a schedule planner such as your competitor Planner Plus. I happen to like the layout of that app because in the day tab it has a small viewable calendar which doesn't take up much space yet let's me see the days of the month and is not a slide down component which is useless and bothersome to me. It's all about being able to glance at it and not have to manipulate something to see what I want to see. I'd like some viewable notes I can see from the same page as the calendar amongst the other components such as tasks, reminders and other details all placed on the same page in a more familiar traditional layout design. The layout design doesn't have to be traditional but that is where your design team could incorporate elements of traditional design layout yet make the app flaring with the look of individuality from 24me. It's like seeing the Volvo car owned by Ford. The car has familiar Ford design characteristics but is dominated by Volvo design elements. But I must say that I truly love the automation of this app, whereas the other schedulers pale in comparison. Lastly, when I submit a review, I expect the review prompter to be ended, meaning that I won't be prompted for another review. I hope that will be the case after I submit this review whereas in many other apps it is not.
I've been looking for an app to track commitments and listings by date and categories; 24me is doing the trick. It's a little bit hard to learn but once I figured out how to label the tasks to separate the listings it's working well for me. It took contacting the app support to get some help though; they were very nice, professional, and overall really willing to assist me, so 5 stars on the customer support part! There are 3 ways to add reminders on your calendar (other than to have it synced from your existing calendars): events, tasks, notes), I found that you cannot label events (to list them under a particular category) but you can label "tasks" and that is helpful of you're looking to see all the common entries listed in order by date. The notes don't allow for you to date them ahead of time, but the app does sync with your phone calendar and pulls out your reminders so you can get your notifications and view the reminders in list or calendar form. I'm completely under-using the app for all the functionality and capability that is has, but for what I was looking for it's working well. I gave it 4.5 stars because it's not super easy to learn and the main layout could be a little better as far as giving you options for how you'd like to separate your events (weekly, monthly, etc..).
I've tried SEVERAL to do list apps & have hated & deleted all of them b/c they just plain sucked! But this app is by far the best one I've found! The look & feel of it is waaayyy better than the others, it's easy to use, does what I need & even has pretty pictures for the background on the calendar part lol! 😄 I have a TON of stuff I have to keep up with on a daily, weekly & monthly basis & so far this has done what I've needed. I really love how it honks a little horn at you if you have a location on an event & tells you based on current traffic conditions you need to leave now....LOVE that!! & I really like that it gives you a heads up the day before of what you've got going on the next day & what time your first meeting or task starts, that's super awesome for me!! I'd give it 5 stars if it had a couple of things: option to set more than one reminder, an option to customize the amount of time you snooze a task for, an option to select whether you want it to keep popping up & reminding you about a task if you forget to snooze it or accidentally close it until it's been completed b/c it seems like after I snooze once it never pops up again. & maybe if it could put some kindof little icon up in the top bar where the time & service bars are whatever that's called, to remind you that you've got unfinished tasks...I know that's very Androidyish; but that's probably the only thing I miss about the calendar task thing on my Galaxy b/c I need something in my face all the time reminding me I've still got stuff uncompleted haha! Other than those minor things it's a fantastic app & seriously the best to do list app out there in my opinion!!
I've tried several scheduling apps, all free. This one is my favorite. I've used 24me to keep track of school tasks, kids, work and family schedules for a year. I'm a full time adult college student with a heavy course load, I have four daughters that are active in co-curriculars and some sports, I substitute teach, and my husband has a crazy work schedule. This app helps me, and my goldfish memory, get it all done. One thing I had wished for was the ability to color-code everything. It would make it easier to spot when things were designated as class, or homework time, shopping, errands, kids activities, etc. Luckily, 24me gives you the ability to make suggestions, which I did. I received an email in response telling me they liked my idea and was working in it. I was thrilled to see it become reality in this update, not so thrilled it was only offered in the pro feature. I just paid for my first app ever. I love my new color-coded schedule! I will also check out the nag feature, but the app already did a good job of alerting me that I had nothing 'scheduled' and could be working on tasks, so we'll see if it's a real improvement to be nagged every minute or hour.
