The most recent update made a requirement for login credentials. There is no information on how to signup for them. Currently on hold for 25 minutes plus waiting to ask where i signup for them. Why they need my information is a mystery but why they make it so difficult to give them it is even more confounding. I’m already not a fan of their products and this is yet another reason why.

I’m new to LGMV. The program has some bugs and isn’t perfect but for the most part runs very well and is an incredibly powerful tool!

Since the most recent update the sensor data numbers are not being displayed fully which makes this app almost useless now!!

By far the worst service tool I have ever used. The reason why LG units are cheaper and in stock more often than other brands is because they are a terrible product and only fools will use them.

I guess for free, you get what you pay for? Even the review was a complete waste of my time.

States it can be used, does not format correctly, spent money, failed a call, hate LG.

Complete garbage do not purchase an lg multi V system of any kind it is complete garbage and will cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs. TOTAL GARBAGE!
