  • Recent update killed this app

    janski26

Since the latest update, the app has lost its functionality & appeal. I was forced to login to Apple. No history. No ability to backlog (and previous backlog items missing). No ability to turn off sound associated with adding a priority.

    Developer Response

Hi, sorry for the frustration. You can turn off sound in settings. We are working to stabilize backlog and history syncing. Did the debug data showed any historical data?

  • Simple but beautifully executed

I had to leave a review for this app even though I just downloaded it a few minutes ago. The fact is that I’ve been writing down my top 3-5 todos recently on a 3x5 index card, it’s been the only way that I’ve been able keep my sanity lately. When I ran into this app it was such an immediate relief that there are others who can relate with this method. The app is well designed and works great. I know that it’s not the most feature rich but outside of having this app for Mac I wouldn’t recommend adding a thing.

Thanks for the comment. Yes, we are working on this.

  • Exactly what I’ve been looking for

    emhawv

Saw this app on Reddit and had to try! I procrastinate heavily with over-organizing my notes, reminders, and calendars. I ditched those and started using a tiny 99¢ notepad to jot down 2-5 things I wanted to accomplish each day, and that actually worked for me! This app is like my little 99¢ notepad, on my phone. Exactly what I needed— no clutter, no opportunity for me to fiddle around with labels and deadlines for three hours. But with the extra help of push notifications! Thank you!

Great review and we agree 💯. May the productivity be with you!

  • Great app & system!

    AlfAlpha1

This is a great app! I use it with the Goals app (another incredible app by this developer). Very quickly I have come to rely on them daily. I’ve tried countless to-do and habit tracking apps in the past including the big ones like Things, Wunderlist, etc.). Goals + Priorities is the system that I’ve been searching for and never knew I needed. They have transformed my workflow and are playing an integral part in my progress toward achieving my life goals & dreams. Thank you so much for these amazing apps! 😊

  • Wonderfully Simple!

Finally a task related app that works just like my brain. Most productivity related apps are a jumbled mess and I quickly lose interest trying to plan. I love how “Right There” everything is. I would love an option for planning ahead for the important things, possibly with built in reminders. That’s the only suggestion I can find, great app for a college student who has spends too much time planning, and not enough actually doing.

    Developer Response

Thank you for the review and I am glad to hear it’s useful to you. I’ve started thinking about how to help with planning for important dates such as quiz/exam/deadlines etc because when I was in college I wished a tool existed for that. Once I come up with the simplest UI design to do that, I’ll add this functionality to Mindful Suite.

  • Fantastic for organizing my thoughts

    Huntergirlsp

I’m one of those people who always has random thoughts of things to do. Instead of forgetting or jotting it down, this app is perfect. Even if you don’t finish something, it carries over perfectly to try next day. The only thing I would like better is color customization. Besides that, everything is perfect!

  • Missing morning / evening notifications

    farchionej

This app would be a 10/10 and benefit everyone that wants to build the muscle memory if they simply created a notification that said “what are you focused on tomorrow?” around 9pm, and another at 7am (or whatever you prefer) saying “here are your priorities for today.

  • Exactly What I Was Looking For

    Teh tw1n

This is a simple yet intuitive and effective app.I’ve used many appified productivity tools but this one works very well for me because three tasks is a manageable and effective way to achieve something every day.The UI is sleek and the notifications aren’t annoying or overly repetitive.

  • New update, no backlog

    Cart51

The new update looks fresh and wonderful, but where did my old backlog?! I’ve been using the app daily since it was first released and it’s always been great but losing my backlog is going to be frustrating until I can remember what was in there.

  • Best method no lie

    AINARTWORK

I found out when I would write priorities with detailed tasks and write down the why and categorize it,I’d actually end up doing it. This app reminded of a forgetton method it’s not detailed but it’s good
