I have been using capcut for years now, and recently it’s made it so many of the effects and mostly anything requires premium, and each time I try to use the overlay, it gets stuck and I have to close the project entirely, which is unnecessary and a hassle. They should the bugs and make it so that the BARE requirement of effects and everything isn’t strictly premium, which makes it unfair for other users who don’t want to spend money, rightfully so.

Perhaps someone else from your team can help me I’ve purchased multiple subscriptions advised to leave all of my projects and start a new account and purchase more subscriptions. I don’t understand why we can’t just credit the current subscription so that I can export my projects I’ve sent multiple receipts of that I’ve bought things that I don’t need to buy when I’m only trying to activate the pro please help thank you

I put 5 stars so y’all can see..I dislike the fact that when I make a edit I worked very hard on and I use a popular sound for it that EVERYONE uses I export it and I look in my photos and the video quality is messed up and the sound is gone. I hate when capcut does this because somehow it’s copyright but when other people use it there is no problem! Stop doing this and stop ruining peoples edits!

I just got my iPhone 17 pro and just edited my first movie from stills and live stills and the results were perfect. I haven’t paid a nickel so far and I made 10 edits without any grifting from CapCut! It is app developers like this that make the App Store special and makes me immensely grateful for the quality and experience and also much more likely to pay in the future for extras as I need them. Well done. 5 stars!

This is my go-to editing app, because of its easy interface and features. I have used this for every editing project, because I self-taught myself how to use this app (thanks to Google). The only thing I wish is that the paywall didn’t take away from the free user experience. That’s a tiny flaw, though, and I really recommend for beginners, and for pros, too.

I love this app so much! You can edit and make cool videos too. You even get to see nvd3 children… ☹️ seriously? You guys NEED to fix your moderation. The app is great. I make tuff edits and stuff but still. Could you atleast try to fix things and not js care about money? Constant bugs, search feature for effects doesn’t work half the time, results have nothing to do with what was searched. I’ve been using this app three years, I pay. There shouldn’t be so many subscription levels. You need to stop making everything paid, lots of people I’ve spoken to have switched platforms because of how limited everything is if you don’t pay the ridiculous subscription prices. Nulls should be added too. Lots of things to improve.

So I was about to make a thing and I need to use the background thing to make this really cool thing for my friend and oh my God it was not there and also if you put it back, please make it so you can make your own background I would really appreciate it if you could like like videotape in your background that way if you’re making a fight scene one person you could probably make it look like you’re fighting yourself and anyways if you hear this review, put it back in right now

CapCut used to be good when I did edits but now I’ve kinda backed away from editing cause most of the edits I want to do I can’t even do. One of the main problems is the png filter. I tried doing an edit today and the png was fine until I had to do another png photo and all of a sudden the filter disappeared and now I can’t make an edit of what I want to do. Tbh this app needs to be fixed from issues like that. But making edits off this app is still good but it just mainly needs fixed.

HI, so I’ve been editing for a long time now but lately I’ve been noticing whenever I try picking shake 3 or any of the shakes from animation from the in section. I can’t find it unless I search it and whenever I don’t find the shake, it won’t put it on my clip so I feel like whenever we search up an animation effect there should be like instead of “cancel” it has a checkmark usually cause it just won’t put it on my clip and it’s getting really annoying since the animation is really helpful.😓
