My last review titled "Needs Refinement" was about a year ago and they have made some good improvements. I find that now I can preload the app with my customers information and all of their equipment under their names. And if they have multiple systems, then I just specify what area of the house the system serves. Then all I need to do is run my tests on each system and save it under the respective system. No more wasted time at the site filling in the same information each visit. I also take a picture of each unit after I run the test so I can verify that is the proper unit tested. I could go into better detail but it would take up too much space here. Yellow Jack needs to update their videos and include more detail instructions, especially for first timers. I would make a video but don't have a way to do so

When you change the refrigerant on the on the gauge screen it does not change the refrigerant you are using. You have to go to the star shape and chose it. Should change both from either one. Super heat and sub oil get all jacked up if you are not careful

I love the new look. This is much more functional.

Scale disconnects and loses your weight change progress when you tab away from the app or when your phone locks. Blue tooth range is terrible.

Would never use this app or yellow jacket Bluetooth scales. Absolute junk. Makes me wanna throw it and smash it

I just can’t seem to figure it out. Local rep can’t help, YouTube vids don’t align with how the app seems to work. Don’t know what I’m missing
