So have tried various times to sync as instructed. My ACS 880 tries to sync, but app crashes during and sometimes looses Bluetooth connection while literally inches from drive. Needs major improvements.

You can now export modified parameters to a PDF file. You can then share the PDF file via email, OneDrive, Dropbox or any other sharing mechanisms that your device supports.
Improved the feedback reports in the side menu. If you run into problems with Drivetune, you can send reports by enabling Shake-to-report-feedback. You can find this by entering 'About this app' in the side menu.
