Connect more devices! You can now sync steps directly from Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Polar, and Whoop — no more relying only on Apple Health. We've also fixed an issue where past days' step data wasn't displaying correctly, and improved sync reliability overall.

Streak Celebrations Are Here Hit a streak milestone? The app now throws you a celebration, right on your Today page. Streak chips pulse when you log another day, change color as you level up through tiers, and you can now share your milestone directly to social media or via text. App Icon We're rocking a special American flag 1P icon through the end of July in honor of America's 250th birthday. Updates Fixed an issue where coaching subscriptions that were restarted after being canceled would fail to process payment. In-progress badges for past weeks or months that could no longer be completed are no longer shown.

Dark Mode by Default — The app now opens in dark mode for a sleeker look. You can still switch to light mode in Settings. Smarter Notifications — Tapping a push notification now takes you directly to the related content — announcements, assessments, and more — instead of just opening the app.

Users should be able to open internal links in announcements without being redirected outside of the app first.
