I love Wikipedia, but recently it has been very irritating to use
SpicyBolognaBazinga
I absolutely adore the Wikipedia app, it makes it a lot easier for me to just open the app and start reading whatever, it’s fun to read and view some pictures along the way… if only they loaded. Ive been using this app for quite a while, I think about a year now, everything was flawless and perfect, no complaints. But recently the app just started to collapse in a strange way. First it was that some images just refused to load on articles, but now it’s entire articles that don’t load, and even more images refuse to load. I don’t know if it’s just my phone that is old (iPhone 12 Pro Max), but, as of this week, whenever I try to open an article, most of the time it just won’t load and won’t let me in for like a good minute until I lose my interest. When I do load into an article, most of the images wouldn’t be loaded and won’t be loaded and spit out error messages instead. I was actually thinking of just uninstalling the app and using the website… but it felt so nice before these glitches began to occur. Please do something about this, I’m still holding hope for the Wikipedia app. Once it gets fixed, I’ll give it 5 stars, but until then I’ll have to leave it at that, sorry.
Other languages
Yuri_241876468
There used to be opportunity to read an article in other languages. Not anymore. Why? It was a nice feature. When I wrote this they’ve responded and said that there was still an icon to do so. My bad. Thank you!
Developer Response
Hi Yuri! You can still access other languages by tapping on the 'language' icon in the article toolbar. It is second from the left in LTR languages. Hope that this helps!
Best app in App Store

It’s the most useful app ever! I’ve been using Wikipedia for about 10 years and I finally have downloaded it on my iPhone!!! Love it! Peace!
