Please, make an option to choose language of interface in the app. I had to change (Ukrainian) language of my phone to get English in this app!!! I’m Ukrainian and the default language that was set for me is Russian. However, I didn’t choose it as my second preference language. It’s really uncomfortable and it doesn’t allow me to learn English (which is one of the reasons I chose Udemy in the first place).I’m not sure if providing Russian as a default language is your choice (because some apps do the same thing and I don’t even use Russian), but, please, make it possible to change it at least.

the educational app is supposed to be for educational purposes (what a surprise!), so one would expect to pause the lecture video with ONE single tap, take notes / practice what the lecture says and proceed with the lecture with ONE single tap. just that simple: tap anywhere to pause, tap anywhere to unpause. anywhere on the screen - because you don't want to distract yourself by trying to aim at exactly play/pause control. sounds right? not if you are alternatively mentally enabled developer, who believes it should take TWO taps to pause a lecture and TWO taps to proceed with the lecture. ah, also make sure to aim at exactly the corresponding control button. because if you miss even a bit, things won't work. so, besides learning, you also must struggle with the genius UI. what a joke.

I’ve been using Udemy for a while, and the platform itself is excellent. The web application works perfectly—it’s feature-rich, intuitive, and everything functions exactly as expected. I really enjoy the learning experience on the web.However, the mobile app is a completely different story and, quite frankly, very disappointing.Here are the main issues I’m facing: Stability: The app crashes and closes unexpectedly all the time. Syncing: Syncing progress between my iPhone and iPad is agonizingly slow. It takes forever to update, even with a strong internet connection. Downloads: The download feature is highly unreliable. Many lectures simply won’t download at all, which makes it impossible to study offline on my tablet. Playback: Even when the app is running, if a video isn't downloaded, I often experience issues with the audio.I really want to use the mobile app on the go, but in its current state, it’s barely usable. Please prioritize fixing the stability and download issues in the next update.

Really, how is that possible? You did such a great job with your service, I mean your website is pretty good (also some performance issues, but it’s not really important for now), but using this app is kind of challenge: loading is horrible and offline getting of course is almost impossible. Hope, one day you’ll have enough money and reasons to rewrite it and we’ll get amazing tool for everywhere studying. For now - thanks for your job :)
