TrustAm Field is the app our street team uses to onboard service providers across Lagos.
TrustAm is the marketplace that connects Nigerian customers with verified providers across 80+ service categories: barbers, tailors, mechanics, photographers, caterers, cleaners, and many more. What makes TrustAm different is that every review on the platform is locked to a real, completed in-app transaction. If you didn't pay through TrustAm, you can't leave a review. Reputation is earned, not bought.
Before any of that can happen, providers have to be onboarded. That's what this app is for.
WHAT FIELD AGENTS CAN DO
Onboard a provider in minutes. The full intake form lives in the app: name, business name, category, services offered, pricing, contact details, and bank info for payouts.
Capture work samples. Snap photos of past work right from the shop, label them, and attach them to the provider's profile. Customers see real examples before they book.
Pin the shop location. One tap drops a GPS marker on the provider's shop. This becomes the verified address on their public profile and powers nearby-search for customers in the same area.
Verify identity. Scan a government-issued ID, capture a live selfie of the provider, and run the verification check inline. Providers who pass get the verified badge.
Work offline. Lagos markets don't always cooperate on signal. Submissions cache locally and sync as soon as connectivity returns, so agents never lose a vendor mid-flow.
See your queue. Every agent gets a daily view of assigned leads, completed onboards, and outstanding follow-ups. Managers can reassign and prioritize from the back office.
WHO THIS APP IS FOR
TrustAm Field is restricted to authorized field agents and partner street teams. Access requires credentials issued by TrustAm operations. If you're a service provider looking to join TrustAm, you don't need this app. Wait for an agent to visit your shop, or sign up through the main TrustAm customer app.
