UPD: the problem was fixed. Thank you very much 🙏 After the latest update, my Sim got stuck while bowling. Nothing helps — neither switching to another Sim nor reloading the game.

Hello, developers! I kindly request fixing a bug with the "Find the Target" task (police department). The issue is that when my character starts performing this action, after some time (perhaps ~5 minutes), it cancels automatically and remains uncompleted. If I repeat this action several times after such incidents, the game crashes. Upon re-entering, all characters' actions are canceled, some tasks show durations like 20 hours, 18 hours, etc., and everything needs to be redone. This causes me to miss deadlines and lose rewards, which is frustrating due to this game bug. Characters who were at work also return, causing financial losses as their salaries are not paid. When I pay for the "Find the Target" action using lifestyle points, the points are deducted, but the action is not executed. Additionally, I am unable to contact EA support because during registration, when I enter the player ID from the app, it says it's incorrect as it doesn't contain letters, only numbers. My app ID consists only of numbers. Please address these issues as they make me consider uninstalling the game. Thank you!

I have a facebook connected in which 16 friends playing at the moment in the sims freeplay and in the holiday ship are not one of them is displayed, and I have a question for the developers: HOW TO FIX THIS ? 2. In the new update in the "Racing" event, the completed task is not sewn. I already wrote in the support service "Re-check the selected action in the menu, and try again" I tried 3 times again and the game restarted, but no Sims decided to mock.
