Game is nice and my child loves it, But!!! We renewed our subscription 5 August 2024 for one year, tell 5 August 2025 but now all games are locked!!! Why ?!

Serious Bluetooth Audio Bug

There is a serious audio bug in this app on iPhone that needs attention.If the app is launched while Bluetooth headphones are connected, and then the headphones are disconnected or Bluetooth is turned off, the sound completely disappears and does not switch back to the phone speaker.Even after fully disabling Bluetooth in iPhone settings, the app still has no sound. Restarting the app often does not help. Sometimes even restarting the phone does not fix the issue. In some cases, the only solution is deleting and reinstalling the app, which is unacceptable for a paid application.This appears to be an audio output or Bluetooth audio routing problem inside the app. There are also no accessible in-app sound settings or audio reset options.I purchased the full package, and for a paid app this is a major usability issue. Please investigate and fix the audio handling when Bluetooth devices are disconnected.
